Do you issue Italian electronic invoices — SDI code, PEC, CIG, CUP?
No, and you do not need one from us. The seller is a company in Slovenia, so the Italian SDI system does not apply: you receive a regular European invoice, without VAT if your VAT number is valid, and your accountant records it with the usual integration for EU purchases.
The Checkout page has no field for the SDI code, the PEC address or the codice fiscale, because none of them is needed: a supplier that is not established in Italy is not part of the SDI.
What happens on your side, as with any purchase from another EU country: your accountant sends the Italian tax agency an integration of our invoice (document type TD18) by the 15th of the month after receiving it. Our invoice remains the original document.
Public bodies — schools, municipalities — have their own article: «Can a public body buy from you?».
